These nonsurgical techniques utilize the body's innate healing capacity.  The Regenerative Medicine approach is to repair connective tissue degeneration and enhance joint stability.

Since 2005, we have completed over 6,000 regenerative medicine procedures - - 70% of the time, people can do more with less pain and have less dependence upon medications after a regenerative medicine treatment sequence.

Diagnostic
MSK Ultrasound

Ultrasound provides a real-time, dynamic, imaging of patients' anatomy without exposure to radiation

PROLOTHERAPY

Injection technique used to stimulate healing of damaged or degenerative connective tissue (ligament, tendon, or cartilage).

PLATELET-RICH PLASMA (PRP)

Ultrasound guided Injection therapy using  the patient's own platelets for biologic repair of degenerative connective tissue (ligament, tendon, or cartilage).  The growth factors within PRP can assist in joint preservation.

PERINEURAL

Injections intending to influence subcutaneous nerves and reduce nerve inflammation.  A simple 5% dextrose molecule and/or low density Platelet-Rich Plasma are often used.

NERVE HYDRODISSECTION

Ultrasound Guided release of tissue compressed nerves causing neuropathic pain.
