We are a fee-for-service practice. We DO NOT accept any traditional insurances.  We do not participate in Medicare.    (There are special agreements in  place for certain Meritain self-insured companies and City of Erie employees)

We do provide a "superbill" with charges and codes listed that can be submitted by the patient to their standard insurance company for an out of network encounter.  This may or may not result in some reimbursement (Not available for Medicare Patients).

Payment by check or cash only, expected at the time of the visit.  No credit cards.
