Costs

We are a fee-for-service practice. We DO NOT accept any insurances.

​

We do provide a "superbill" with charges and codes listed that can be submitted by the patient to their insurance company for an out of network encounter.  This may or may not result in some reimbursement (Not available for Medicare Patients).

​

Payment by check or cash only, expected at the time of the visit.  No credit cards.
